2008 by Keston Joseph. PinSwap is a social network exclusively for
Blackberry messenger users who are looking to network and make new
contacts through out the globe. PinSwap empowers Blackberry community by
providing a place in where users can share what they live through usage

Growth
& Future development: PinSwap as
of June 14, 2010 is growing at 16,800 Blackberry users a year. Future
development of PinSwap are to include
- A mobile experience which will work
hand to hand with website functionality.
- Additional browse options and
functionality which overall will allow members to find new friends
through out the globe.
- A redesign of profile pages which
will allow users to more effectively share who they are and provide
additional information about there devices and device usage.
- An extended platform via 3rd party
companies which will allow Blackberry application developers and
theme developers to showcase products on PinSwap.
- A redesigned and friendlier user
feed interface which will allow members to more effectively share
what they live (Pictures, Videos, Links, and more).

Privacy: PinSwap allows only
friends by default to view your Blackberry Pin# ensuring that only the
specific individuals that you specify have access to your Blackberry
Pin#. PinSwap does not allow public access to anyone with a profile
under the age of 18. |

| Keston Joseph is the Founder &
CEO of PinSwap. PinSwap was created in Nov 28, 2008. Keston is
responsible for leading the direction of the site and ensuring
that site operations are executed diligently. Keston has been an
online entrepreneur running previous web hosting websites and
blogs since the age of 15.

| Roshan Bhatt
- Vice President |
Roshan Bhatt is
the Vice President of Product at PinSwap, where he is
responsible for organizing PinSwap’s product strategy and
overseeing the product management and design functions. Roshan
Bhatt joined pinswapme at 2010 as a Vice President and was
instrumental in implementing first versions of key PinSwap
features, including News Feed and Inbox. Roshan Bhatt holds a
bachelor’s degree in marketing and strategy.
